This microcredential equips participants with the practical tools and strategies to set projects up for success, deliver systems that work, and create long-term value for their organisations and communities. The sprint enhances participants' leadership capabilities across every stage of a project lifecycle and shows them how to deliver successfully in today’s dynamic business environment.
Over four modules, participants engage with leading experts in the field, explore industry case studies, and develop practical skills. The course involves a hands-on project where participants apply their learning to devise a strategic toolkit for building project leadership within their organisation.
Participants will learn to:
Analyse the different phases of a project lifecycle and apply suitable leadership capabilities to each stage.
Evaluate governance mechanisms in complex projects and design effective governance structures.
Develop strategies to navigate tensions and influence diverse stakeholders within project ecosystems.
Propose project success measures that encompass long-term value creation and impact.
Completion of the microcredential requires approximately 50 hours of participant effort and involves a final assessment project.
This is not a higher education award and not a qualification recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
