This micro-credential has been developed to equip participants with the ability to develop a structured approach to planning and administering anaesthesia and acute pain management in veterinary patients presenting for emergency surgery and/or common underlying risk factors and comorbidities.

Completion of the micro-credential requires approximately 120 hours of participant effort.

This is not a higher education award and not a qualification recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
