Advancing Leaders - Issued by the University of Sydney Business School as part of the University of Sydney Leadership Academy.

This micro-credential has been developed for managers with responsibilities for leading larger teams with purpose, managing budgets and risk, planning work and programs, and navigating more complex stakeholder environments.

Completion of the micro-credential requires approximately 45 hours of participant effort.

Upon completion of this course, candidates:
i) will have a stronger understanding of leading larger teams with purpose, managing budgets and risk, planning work and programs, and navigating more complex stakeholder environments; and
ii) know how to articulate vision and purpose to motivate and coach others and adapt their leadership style and presence to suit a range of diverse audiences.

To successfully complete the micro-credential, participants must complete the assessment task:
i) A personal narrative on purpose

This is not a higher education award and not a qualification recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
