Leading Teams

Leading Teams - Issued by the University of Sydney Business School as part of the University of Sydney Leadership Academy.

The programs is for individuals leading for the first time or looking to enhance their core skills in setting goals, coaching, resolving conflict, managing performance, supporting change and leading difficult conversations.

Completion of the micro-credential requires approximately 43 hours of participant effort.

Individuals who complete this course will:
i) have a higher understanding of core skills in managing teams, coaching, problem-solving, supporting change and having difficult conversations; and
ii) learn to be more effective at influencing others, and approach interactions in a more sustainable, proactive, and solution-oriented manner.

To successfully complete the micro-credential, participants must complete all assessment tasks, including:
i) Creative problem solving assignment (group task)
ii) Communication strategies activity (individual task)

This is not a higher education award and not a qualification recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
