Capability Analyst Foundations Training - Issued by the University of Sydney Business School
This micro-credential has been developed to equip Australian Government public servants with foundational capability analysis skills and an understanding of the processes and work practices of capability analysts.
Completion of the micro-credential requires approximately 35 hours of participant effort.
Upon completion of this micro-credential, participants will develop core capability analyst competencies, enabling them to understand and analyse projects and make recommendations to senior stakeholders.
To successfully complete the micro-credential, participants must complete the following assessment task:
i) Case Study: Participant teams present their analysis of the Case Study project in the form of an oral briefing to a senior member of the Australian Government public service.
This is not a higher education award and not a qualification recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
