LGBTQIA+ Executive Fellowship

LGBTQIA+ Executive Fellowship - Issued by the University of Sydney Business School.

This micro-credential has been developed to equip leaders within the LGBTQIA+ community and allies with a stronger understanding of their leadership style and the important role identity plays in their leadership journey.

Participants will deepen their capabilities in the areas of strategy, innovation, change management, purpose and executive presence to create a supportive and inclusive culture within their teams and organisations. They will return to work with new skills, techniques, and mindsets to lead with confidence, shape the play and tackle complexity.

Completion of the micro-credential requires approximately 35 hours of effort.

This is not a higher education award and not a qualification recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
